All Types of Mechanical Repairs

From a simple oil change to dismantling engines to repair or replace defective parts, such as magnetos, carburetors, and generators, we do it all. We can remove cylinder heads, grind valves, and scrape off carbon, and replace defective valves, pistons, cylinders and rings, using factory authorized high quality tools.

Drivetrain and component rebuilds

Zach Chenier Fabrications is equipped to handle every type of motorcycle and snowmobile transmission repair and rebuild. Every transmission is thoroughly inspected for worn or damaged parts and OEM parts are used to rebuild your transmission to factory specs. That said … if we can’t find the parts, we will fabricate them.

Valve machining and valve seat machining

Many times as motorcycle and snowmobile owner we find that we need to adjust the valves to that they are fully seated. But sometimes the problem is not the adjustment but the valve and the seat themselves. At Zach Chenier Fabrications we can not only set your valves but we are also know for making CUSTOM valves and valve seats.
